A couple of suggestions: I know here in Canada at good ol’ Canadian Tire, you can buy spray snow to put on trees, the inside of your windows, etc. Walmart should have it as well. Also, next time for the wrapping paper tree, try spray glue first and then seal with the podge. The spray glue should decrease the amount of wrinkles. Thanks for posting!!

Wait hold on cling wrap has *a sticky side*?

  5. shamelesslykristen on November 2, 2020 at 7:54 pm

I’m sure tons of people have already said this but once you finish flocking, spray a couple layers of sealant over the wreath and it’ll keep all of the flocking from flaking off or falling later on

I didn’t like it. You ruined the wreath with that decoration 😟😞😕

  10. tabriz12msc on November 2, 2020 at 8:01 pm

Very cute. If you want it to last without a mess… just stipple white paint on the branches. Once it dries there is no mess. Merry Christmas.

If that isn’t the more is more Leigh Ann that we all know and love

Omg, you should put a silhouette of a Christmas tree in the putz house so when you light it up with a tea light (if you do), and then when it’s lit up you can see the tree inside!! 😍

  14. Sylwia Moan on November 2, 2020 at 8:05 pm

Beautiful 😍. What kind of lights you have on your Christmas tree 🎄

  15. NRF Milo on November 2, 2020 at 8:05 pm

    I’m watching in September 2020 😭

  16. Foxchicka on November 2, 2020 at 8:07 pm

In regards to seeing the box print on the inside of the little home… since you were painting the cardboard anyway, couldnt you have painted over the print and had the brown of the cardboard on the inside? Just a suggestion for the future of your village!

  17. Tina Anderson on November 2, 2020 at 8:07 pm

I love these! You did a great job and gave me great ideas! Thanks!!

  18. Lisa Smiles on November 2, 2020 at 8:07 pm

You said you’re from Texas and don’t have much experience with snowy looking things, but, coming from a Canadian who gets LOTS of snow every year, that wreath looked pretty snowy to me.

  19. Janet Butler on November 2, 2020 at 8:09 pm

First time I’ve found your videos and so glad I did. I love this video. I especially love how you do take yourself too seriously. But, your creations a fab so don’t put yourself down. 😊

You are so funny. They sell white flecked spray paint that I use for Christmas crafts. Def making that mid century putz house😍😍😍- but I want to try a smaller scale.- how adorable would that be? 😍😍- FYI- next time you feel a migraine coming on- drink seltzer, and nibble on saltines. The burping helps the headache. 👍🤷🏻‍♀️ Your dog is so cute and loves you so much😍😍

  21. Cassidy Brown on November 2, 2020 at 8:14 pm

I came here because in your vlog you said we weren’t friends if I didn’t watch your Christmas DIY and I couldn’t accept that we weren’t friends

  22. Skyler on November 2, 2020 at 8:15 pm

OMG, this is SO adorable! I would love to try it! I wonder if spraying the wreath/flocking with a sealant would have helped? Like a clear spray paint or something. Just a thought!

  23. Sunflower Tosha on November 2, 2020 at 8:16 pm

Love the tress! My favorite. 🖤 a lot! Maybe next time try glue stick then mod podge the top.

  24. Lorrie Lanzi on November 2, 2020 at 8:16 pm

  27. sandra crawford on November 2, 2020 at 8:19 pm

If you spray your wreath with hairspray or an adhesive it will help with the fallout. Very pretty though. Thank you for sharing and God bless 🙏

  37. The Chaos Crew on November 2, 2020 at 8:30 pm

I know this is from last year, but just a tip for this season, I have seen people use a little squeegee to get the wrinkles out while using Mod Podge.

  38. Jerilynn Walker on November 2, 2020 at 8:30 pm

You are very creative and great at crafting! I couldn’t do what you have been doing especially those little houses. Adorable💕. I love the wreath, amazing!❤️

    So fun! Loved both projects!

  41. StvNixRcks on November 2, 2020 at 8:31 pm

on the backside of the trunk of the Christmas trees, you should hot glue on a one of the tumbling tower blocks just for added support!

  42. Nikole Linares on November 2, 2020 at 8:33 pm

I like you. You’re a breath of fresh air compared to some other YT DIYers. Consider me subscribed to your channel 👍🏽

  44. DCN on November 2, 2020 at 8:39 pm

Epsom salts don’t hold up over time, but look good for one season. Hairspray will contain glitter and flocking fallout. You area very pleasant presenter. Merry Christmas.

  45. Really Here on November 2, 2020 at 8:41 pm

you’re going to make a wonderful mom and luna will make a great older sister 🐕😊

  46. Jinah Oh on November 2, 2020 at 8:42 pm

I have a couple suggestions for things I picked up in design school!— spray adhesive will change your life! Just use it for your tree and stick it to the wrapping paper then cut it out, it’ll hold your tree in place while your cutting too! Also if you use overhead projector sheets for the windows, or Mylar sheets (both sold in art stores) the stiffness will make it a lot easier for your windows

  47. Crystal McRae on November 2, 2020 at 8:43 pm

Whew! That house gave you a run for your money but it turned out so cute!

  48. Jill on November 2, 2020 at 8:43 pm

I died laughing when you put the tea light in the putz house because it immediately looked like it was on fire!

  49. likeliterallysocute on November 2, 2020 at 8:46 pm

LeighAnn please tell me were you got your christmas tree lights that are twinkling and looks like its on a wire??? thank you!!!

  50. Ariane P on November 2, 2020 at 8:47 pm

for the paper on the tree it would have been easier to spray glue on the tree shape and stick it to the paper and once its dry you can use you knife to cut the excess paper
