Do you think the textured wallpaper would hold up in the bathroom since there’s more moisture buildup especially if it’s steamy?

  2. gumbypokey on February 23, 2021 at 8:07 pm

Homeowner here but still great ideas. Especially liked the ideas for walls. Never considered wallpaper or fabric. I really want to explore those concepts. Do you have an episode just on wall coverings?

I would like to do an all white look in my new apt that’s 950 sq ft and was considering chantilly lace for the whole apt. There will be different colors in the bathroom and kitchen from tiles and I’m struggling if I should do a pale accent wall in the bedroom but am afraid I will hate it lol please give me some advice should I just go all chantilly white? Lol

    Hi Julie,

Do you know if removable wallpapers can work on wood panel walls? I am moving into a rental home with wood… wood… wood. It’s the fact that it goes in all different directions and are slightly different colours makes it look bad and it’s going to drive me nuts. The diagonal, exposed beam ceilings are beautiful but I want to cover up the vertical panelling. But I don’t know how well the wallpaper will stick! Thoughts?

Thank you for some awesome suggestions and stylish pictures and explanations ! 👍🏼 I’ve seen a lot of other videos where the person just kept talking most of the video (camera on their face all the time)and offer very little pictures and one cannot understand what they mean without looking at pictures of the ideas.
    Good video, Thanks !

Please do a tutorial on apartment/home design for landlords. Would love your ideas for design and best materials to use to endure tenant use and enjoyment. This would also help to gain new types of subscribers that really struggle with this issue. Most channels give suggestions and tips from other landlords or property managers. Having an interior decorators tips would be awesome. I would like to know how to best offer a rental for the best price for landlord and also providing best enjoyment for tenants. Thanks!

How can you use wallpaper on textured walls?

  27. jhing bangayan on February 23, 2021 at 8:36 pm

Omg I love your encouragement. I’ve been renting for 10 years. But like you said I splurge myself with all the fixtures and furniture I like. I want to be able to come home feeling comfortable and restful. I’ve been in the same place this 10 years. Our home or apartment is supposed to be our oasis when we come home from a. Hectic day at work. It’s a place to rest and feel good😊

All your rental units are very beautiful which is not realistic. Can you not do a DIY for rental units that are old and tight and nasty which many of us live in? I can’t relate what you’re doing to the outdated old spaces that many of us live in. Thank you so much.
